Video Assessment Task 1

In this lesson we got told about our video assessment task and the groups we were going to work in. The group i'm in includes:

• Me (Zeenia)
• Sangeeta
• Vera
• Rowena

The assessment task asked us to make a video for "how to" do something, known as instructional. We were also given a time limit to complete it in which is 3-5 minutes. Some ideas that we thought up of were:

• How to make cupcakes
• How to bake a cake
• How to train your dog
• How to get ready for a party
• How to play basketball

The first 2 ideas were Sangeeta's but no one seemed to happy to be doing these. We also agreed that training a dog would be difficult to do without actually knowing how to do it. To get ready for a party meant that we would need many key factors for it, especially the dress, shoes, make-up and a suitable hairstyle. We thought that it would be too hard to find all of these things and then the last idea of how to do basketball was the most simple to complete.
By the end of the week we would hope to finish doing the storyboard and the gantt chart has already been completed by me so in the next post i will upload the gantt chart. Hopefully, by the end of the week we can complete all the major parts of the assessment task and be editing this weekend. We will try and make this video the best we can.
